Design & Technology at Fairfield First School allows our children to become critical thinkers, and to develop their ability to solve problems in the real world. The children are tasked with meaningful problems to solve through the 3 stages of design, make and evaluate. Our priority at Fairfield is for our children to be problem solvers who are not afraid of making mistakes.

The children take part in a Stem Challenge each year, and our 2025 class winners will be going to the STEM Challenge final in the summer!
